One of the main characteristics of product quality is its freshness. This is what every customer pays attention to and what primarily affects their choice. Based on it, we decided to develop a new content strategy with an emphasis on the company values so users would not have any doubts about the quality of Billa!
The obligatory content elements of the new strategy are vegetables and fruits. For the complete sense of freshness in the Billa Instagram community, we suggested using a seamless feed. In addition to the already well-known "humanization" of products, we also replaced recognizable items and shapes with fresh fruits and vegetables.
In our opinion, content should reflect the company core values, and that is why we decided to change completely the concept of maintaining the Instagram account and to present the Billa brand from the best side!
